My not so expensive Valentine

This Valentines Day I took the matter into my own hands.Since Nate and I started dating got engaged and then now married we never really make it a big deal.I mean we don't go fancy and all out. Of course there's the usual flowers and chocolates from the hubby which I truly loved. But this time I made sure that my man got a more special treatment from yours truly. Yah know just to make him feel more special and loved. Because he deserves it. I made him breakfast not the usual cereal and milk. And since we are now both hooked once again into The Bachelor I asked my friend to gave him a heart shape box of chocolate,a short letter that says "Will you accept this Rose?" and gave him one rose.Take note this all happens when he was at work.I know it sounds so mushy but I just felt like doing it and so I did.

I made some mexican dinner. This time to make it a little more special we had appetizer (baked nachos), main dish (home made chicken burrito) and for dessert (brownies and sundae). We had a little FHE and then watched The Bachelor while we eat our yummy dinner.

And that my friend is my not so expensive Valentine. And it may not be fancy, but who says that it has to be fancy for it to be special, right? What matters is how you spend it and who you spend it with.

And since I have my boys my heart is just full of love. And even if at the end of the day my body was tired from all the cooking and attending to my little Darren. It is all good.Because I did a labor of LOVE.And that is all that matters.

Oh this year I also got some balloon from the hubby. And it is my favorite. Why because Darren loves balloons and it's a monkey balloon which reminds me of our monkey love to our Monkey boy.

PS: I liked that Michelle got kicked out from the last episode of The BACHELOR.It's about time. And Emily I think is such a beautiful lady. And Oh Chantal you made me really nervous,I was also rooting for you but you almost blew it.

Can't wait for the next episode.
